Magaya Pickle
Magaya Pickle is a traditional Andhra-style mango pickle made using sun-dried, thin-sliced raw mangoes. It is marinated in a bold blend of spices including mustard powder, fenugreek, red chili, turmeric, and salt, all soaked in cold-pressed oil. Unlike regular Avakaya, Magaya has a more fibrous texture and deeper flavor, making it a perfect companion to hot rice, idli, dosa, or even curd rice.
